This cocktail was originally created by Erik Adkins during his time at the famous Oakland Bar, Flora (now shuttered), and is considered a modern Bay Area classic that has inspired numerous riffs. Del Maguey Mezcal Juez, Max Monroe, will be joining Jessica as they chat about the history of this famed cocktail and all other things mezcal.
