On 9/10 from 6-7:30 we will be hosting a private event with limited tickets for a Del maguey mezcal tasting. We will feature 6 different del maguey mezcal and heavy hors d’oeuvres.
Tuesday Sept 10th: Launch of Taco Omakase Series ($40 per ticket). Executive Chef Adrian will create three tacos to be paired with three different mezcals.
Wednesday Sept 11th: Launch of our Mezcal Society Party (free) from 7 pm to 10 pm with La Reina Raicilla as a special guest. Learn more about joining our Mezcal Society while enjoying small bites and raicilla from our special guest La Reina.
Friday: Del Maguey Happy Hour 5-7pm and mezcal tastings
Saturday: Legendario Domingo Happy Hour 5-7pm and mezcal tastings
Sunday: Mezcal Matinee featuring local DJ Qvocado from 1-3 pm and brunch cocktail specials.
Join us on Friday, September 13th at 6:30 pm for a special class in honor of Mezcal Week! While most of Mezcal comes from the state of Oaxaca, there are regions all over Mexico that produce delicious agave spirits. Taste through different regional Mezcals from Puebla, Durango, Michoacan, and beyond. We’ll discuss the aspects of terroir that makes each region special including agave varieties, production methods, and traditions.
Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor Tess Rose Lampert.
