Nido’s Backyard will be offering a Mezcal El Silencio take home cocktail kit with enough ingredients to make a cocktail for every one of the five days of Mezcal Week! Here is what you will get to make!
MARGARITA- 2oz Silencio, 1.5oz Sour Mix (Lime Juice & Honey) from the little bottles. Shake and pour into salted rim glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
OLD FASHIONED- 2oz Silencio, .75oz Old Fashioned Mix (Honey, Orange Bitters, Chocolate Bitters) from the little bottles. Stir and pour over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
MMBATBTTY (My Mezcal Bring All The Boys To The Yard) – 1.5oz Silencio, 1.5oz MMBATBTTY Mix (Strawberry Infused Campari, Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro) from the little bottles. Stir and pour over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
TRES ROJAS- 2oz Silencio, 2oz Tres Rojas Mix (House secret) from the little bottles. Shake and pour into black salt rim glass.
